What changed

The shortlist gets made before anyone visits your site.

If you're one of those names, you start the sales call already trusted. If you're not, you never hear about the deal. There's no page two in an AI answer.

AI visibility

We agree on the buyer questions in writing before any page changes: 50, 100 or 200, depending on the package. Each one runs three times in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. A question counts as a win when your company is named or cited in at least 2 of the 3 runs in at least one tool. The target is your baseline plus 30%, rounded up. If you start at zero, the target is 10% of the questions.

Organic traffic

Organic clicks from Google, straight from your own Search Console. The six full months after launch are compared with the same six months a year earlier, so a slow season or a busy one doesn't skew the result. Newer sites without a year of history get a baseline we agree in writing before I start.

Six months after launch, both numbers will be at least 30% above your baseline. If either is short, I keep working at no charge. If either is still short at month twelve, I refund half your fee.

The same guarantee comes with every package. It is measured on that package's question set: 50, 100 or 200 questions.

A lot of guarantees say "30% more traffic" and never say 30% of what. This one names the questions, the tools, the dates and the math, so you can check it yourself.

What I need from you

  • You review and approve every page. You're responsible for what you publish and how you use it.
  • Search Console and GA4 access. A new site with less than 12 months of history is fine. We agree its traffic baseline in writing before I start.
  • Page reviews back within 5 business days. Slower reviews move the launch date.
  • No domain change, platform move or mass page deletion during the six months without talking to me first.
  • Invoices paid on schedule. The guarantee runs from launch while every invoice is paid.

I'm Chris Moran. I do the work myself.

I've been running my own businesses for over 10 years, and I never had a big marketing team behind me. So I had to get people to find them on Google. I couldn't just keep paying for ads. I learned how search works the hard way. I tried things, got some wrong, and did it again until it worked.

Now a lot of people skip Google and just ask AI who to hire. They ask ChatGPT, or they read Google's AI answer. If your site doesn't give those tools a clear answer, they'll likely name somebody else. So I fix your pages until they give that answer.

When you book a call, you talk to me, camera on. If you sign, I'm the one fixing your pages. I use AI tools to check your whole site fast. But I decide what goes on every page. There's no junior writer. My name and my company go on the contract before you pay anything.

What I try to catch

A courtesy, not a compliance review.

  • Credentials. I use only the credentials you give me and ask you to confirm each one. I avoid words like "expert" and "specialist" unless you tell me your state allows them.
  • Outcomes. I don't write promised outcomes. Past results and reviews go in only if you supply them, with wording your attorneys have approved.
  • Solicitation. I write answers to questions. I don't write direct outreach to people.
  • Disclaimers. I add a plain "not legal advice" notice on pages that answer legal questions. Your attorneys approve the final wording.
  • Filing. If I know of a bar filing rule, I mention it. I don't track filing rules in every state. You check them.

Which package is right for us?

Foundation fits one service line or one location. Authority fits most established firms with several services or locations, because the off-site cleanup and the two refresh rounds are where a lot of the movement comes from. Market Leader is for firms in several markets or practice areas that want twelve months of ongoing work and a guarantee that I won't work with a direct competitor. On the call I'll tell you which one I'd buy in your position, including when that's the smallest one.

What exactly is guaranteed?

On every package: at least 30% more AI visibility and 30% more Google organic traffic six months after launch, counted the way the guarantee section describes. If either is short, I keep working at no charge until both are hit. If either is still short at month twelve, I refund half your fee.

Why 30% and not 300%?

Because 30% is a number I'm willing to put in a contract. Anyone promising you 10x in six months is guessing with your money. I can't tell you how far past 30% you'll go. I don't have client data on that yet.

Why can't I see your clients' names?

Hailder House is new. The results on this page come from my earlier work. Two of those businesses are private. On the call I'll show you the live reports behind the ecommerce result and tell you what I can share about the other two.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes. I show you what five AI tools say when your buyers ask about your kind of business, why you are or aren't in those answers, and the live data behind the results on this page. If it's a fit, you'll get a real start date. If it isn't, I'll say so.

Can anyone actually guarantee AI citations?

I can't control what ChatGPT says. I can make your site the clearest, most specific answer to your buyers' questions. The count of cited questions is measured the same way every month, so you can see it move.

You're one person. What if you get sick or disappear?

Your pages and your schema are yours the day they ship. Everything is delivered to your own site, not stored on mine.

I already have an SEO agency. Why would I need this?

You might not. Ask them to run your buyers' questions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google and show you dated screenshots. If they can, you know where you stand. If they can't, that's what I do before our first call.

Who is responsible for what goes on our site?

You are. I provide the work and the measured results. You review, approve and publish every page, and you're solely responsible for what you publish, how you use it and how you use the results, including any advertising or professional rules that apply to you. For law firms, that means your bar's rules. I don't warrant that any content complies. Anything I flag is a courtesy. Your attorneys make the call.

Do you work with law firms?

Yes. I've done website concept work and a client app for a multi-office criminal defense firm. I write conservatively for lawyers and I point out what I notice. I'm not a lawyer and I don't check pages for bar compliance. Your attorneys review and approve every page before launch, and you're responsible for compliance with your bar's rules.

What if Google pushes a big update during the six months?

A Google update doesn't change the guarantee. If your numbers are short at month six, the same remedy applies.

Do I have to switch platforms?

No. Your site stays on the platform it's on now. I work inside what you already have.
