AI Search Optimization for Law Firms | Hailder House
Law firms

When someone asks AI for a lawyer, your firm should be in the answer.

I rebuild law firm websites so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews can read them, trust them and cite them. Your attorneys approve every word before it goes live.

Before the call, I run the questions your clients ask through five AI tools and show you which firms get named.

What changed

People ask AI the question before they call anyone.

They type the whole situation. The answer names a few firms and links its sources. If your practice area pages don't answer that question plainly, another firm's page gets quoted.

Law firm sites often go missing for the same reasons other sites do. Practice area pages say "we fight for you" and never answer the question. Attorney bios list no specifics. Ten pages repeat each other. All of that can be fixed.

> how long does an uncontested divorce take in my state
> how is child custody decided if we both want the kids
> personal injury lawyer for a truck accident near me
> estate planning attorney that does flat fee trusts

Examples of the kind of questions I test. Yours are agreed with you in writing.

The work

What I change on a law firm site.

I write all of this on the careful side, and none of it goes live until your attorneys sign off.

Practice area pages

The page answers what the person actually asked, right at the top and in plain words. Then it walks them through how the process goes, how long it usually takes and what to bring to a consultation.

Attorney bios

Admissions, education and experience, using only the credentials you give me and confirm.

FAQs from real questions

Written from the questions clients ask AI and ask your intake staff, not from a template.

Structured data

Schema on the firm, each attorney, each office and the FAQs, so Google and the AI tools know who practices what and where.

Plain disclaimers

A "not legal advice" notice on pages that answer legal questions. Your attorneys approve the final wording.

Off the site

On Authority and Market Leader, the directories and profiles AI tools pull from, made accurate and consistent.

Responsibility

Your attorneys approve every word.

Lawyers advertise under strict rules that differ by state. I write conservatively and I point out what I notice. Your attorneys read every page and decide what goes live.

You approve and publish everything. I don't review it for compliance.

I provide the work and the measured results. That's all I provide. You and your attorneys review, approve and publish every page, claim and disclaimer. You are solely responsible for what you publish, for how you use it, and for how you use the results, including every advertising, solicitation and professional conduct rule that applies to you. I'm not a lawyer and I'm not your counsel. I don't promise that any page complies. Anything I flag is a courtesy. Your attorneys make the call.

What I try to catch

  • Credentials. I use only the credentials you give me and ask you to confirm each one. I avoid words like "expert" and "specialist" unless you tell me your state allows them.
  • Outcomes. I don't write promised outcomes. Past results and reviews go in only if you supply them, with wording your attorneys have approved.
  • Solicitation. I write answers to questions. I don't write direct outreach to people.
  • Filing. If I know of a bar filing rule, I mention it. I don't track filing rules in every state. You check them.
Questions

Questions from law firms.

Have you worked with law firms?

Yes. I've done website concept work and a client app for a multi-office criminal defense firm. I write conservatively for lawyers and I point out what I notice.

Are you a lawyer?

No. I'm not a lawyer and I don't check pages for bar compliance. Your attorneys review and approve every page before launch, and you're responsible for compliance with your bar's rules.

Does the guarantee apply to law firms?

Yes, the same one: 30% more AI visibility and 30% more Google organic traffic six months after launch, measured on the questions we agree on. How it's counted

Will you use our case results or reviews?

Only if you supply them, with wording your attorneys have approved. I don't write promised outcomes.
