How an AI Visibility Overhaul Works: 30 Days, Week by Week | Hailder House
How it works

How the overhaul works, week by week.

One month to build, six months to prove it. You get a written baseline before I touch a page, you approve every page before it goes live, and you get a report every month after launch.

The 30 days

What I do, and what you do.

This is the Foundation timeline. Authority takes 45 days and Market Leader takes 60, cause there's a lot more pages, but it runs in the same order.

Week 1

Baseline

I get into your analytics, run your buyer questions through the AI tools, crawl the whole site and look at who's beating you. Then I hand you a plan for every page.

You: give access, agree the buyer questions, sign off the plan.

Week 2

Structure

Site architecture, schema, technical fixes and the first priority pages rebuilt.

You: answer my questions about your services, prices and process.

Week 3

Pages

The bulk of the rewrite, plus new pages for questions your site doesn't answer yet, on a private staging copy.

You: review pages in batches, back within 5 business days.

Week 4

Launch

Final pages, a full quality check, launch once you approve, and indexing requests to Google and Bing.

You: approve the launch. The launch payment is due.

The build

What every 100 pages of work covers.

If you have fewer than 100 pages worth keeping, the rest go into new pages that answer the questions your buyers ask and your site doesn't answer yet.

AI visibility baseline

Your buyer questions run through ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, with who gets cited today written down. That's the starting line.

Pages rebuilt to be quoted

Every page leads with a direct answer, then backs it with numbers, terms, process and credentials you supply and approve.

Your brand voice, in writing

A short guide built from your calls, your best sales emails and how your team talks. Every page follows it, and you keep it.

AI-detection scrubbing

I edit every page by hand and run it through AI detectors, and if it still reads like a robot wrote it, I rewrite it again until it sounds like somebody who actually does the work.

Gap pages

New pages for questions buyers ask in your space that nobody answers well.

A check on every page

Before anything launches I go through each page for accuracy, how it looks on a phone, broken links, schema and whether a normal person can read it.

Structured data

Schema on your company, services, people, products, reviews and FAQs. It's the part of the page people don't see, but it tells Google and the AI tools exactly what each page is about.

Topic clusters

One strong pillar page per topic, with supporting pages around it. Duplicate and competing pages merged.

Internal linking plan

Supporting pages link up to their pillar, and pillars link to the pages that make you money.

Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools

Set up and verified, sitemaps submitted, indexing checked, new pages sent for crawling at launch.

Technical cleanup

Crawl errors, duplicate markup, slow templates, indexing problems and broken redirects.

Your platform stays

Your site stays on the platform it's on now. I work inside what you already have.

After launch

Six months of reports you can check.

One report each month, six in total on Foundation and Authority, twelve on Market Leader. Same questions, same method, every time.

What's in each report

  • Your AI citation count on the agreed questions, against the baseline.
  • Your Google organic clicks from Search Console, against the same months a year earlier.
  • The raw runs and dated screenshots, so you can rerun any question yourself.
  • On Authority, refresh rounds at months 3 and 6 based on what the tests show.

What you need ready

  • Search Console and GA4 access. A new site with less than 12 months of history is fine.
  • Someone on your side who can answer questions and approve pages within a week.
  • A real story to tell: credentials, real work, real reviews.
  • A few hours a week from whoever knows your business best.
Questions

Questions about the process.

How much of my time will this take?

A kickoff call, a few short check-ins, and page reviews in batches. Plan on a few hours a week from whoever knows your business best.

Who actually writes the pages?

I do. I use AI tools to check your whole site fast, but I decide what goes on every page. There's no junior writer.

Do I see pages before they go live?

Yes. You review every page on a private staging copy. Pages go live when you approve them and the launch payment is received.

What happens after the six months?

Nothing you're locked into. The pages, the schema and the gains stay yours. If you want another build on a new section of the site later, we can talk about it then.
